You agree that we may use aggregated and anonymised data derived from the data provided by you or collected by the program analytics such as user behaviour and activities for its own statistics, for auditing, for the purposes of product and market research and analytics (which help us to optimize and improve its Services and their usability, the range of Services, and to develop new technologies, products and services), and for benchmarks and other analyses

User Information
the user’s mobile phone number / password for Asia Music Service;
profile information (Service display names);
cookies;
user’s IP address;
device information (OS type, serial number, mobile advertising ID, hardware information etc.) browser type, and browser language;
anonymous location data, including but not limited to user’s geo-location and WiFi network to which a user’s device is connected or in-range where applicable.
Purpose of User Information
The collected user Information shall be used for any of the following purposes:
to provide our services to you;
for customer service, security, archival and backup purposes in connection with the provision of our services;
to prevent fraudulent use of the Services by any users;
to provide you with better advertising and direct marketing experience;
to develop our new services and improve our existing services.

Third Party Contractor
The Asia Music APP may engage a third party contractor to handle the personal information collected from the users to achieve certain purpose concerning the use of the Service, if I, at my discretion, believe it to be necessary. I will reasonably evaluate the eligibility and capability of such third party contractor, execute a confidentiality agreement with it, and make it set up a system to manage the collected information.
Third-Party Service Provider: Umeng Push SDK
To enhance user experience and provide timely notifications, we have integrated the Umeng Push SDK in our app, which is operated by Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. Here are the details regarding this SDK:

Purpose of Use: The Umeng Push SDK enables us to send you app notifications, including but not limited to information on activities, service updates, promotional messages, and more.
Operator: Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.
Types of Personal Information Collected
To ensure the effectiveness of the push notifications and to optimize services and user behavior analysis, the Umeng Push SDK may collect the following types of device and network information:
Device Information: This may include but is not limited to IMEI, MAC address, Android ID, IDFA, OAID, OpenUDID, GUID, SIM card IMSI, ICCID, etc.
Location Information: In order to provide location-related content and to optimize our push services, your geographic location information may be collected.
Network Information: This includes information about your internet service provider, network type, and similar details.

Shared Use of Information
The Asia Music APP may share the user's personal information with a business partner, provided that the we shall inform the user of the purpose of information sharing, the name of the business partner, and the information to be shared such a business partner.
Location information
The Asia Music APP may share user’s anonymous location data with other third parties for interest-based advertising, aggregated customer analytics and market research purposes.
Measurement of Advertising Effectiveness
To measure the effectiveness of the advertisement, I may install third party modules in the smart phone versions of the Services.
Children’s Privacy
The Asia Music Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 years. The Asia Music Service is also not offered to children whose age makes it illegal to process their personal data or requires parental consent for the processing of their personal data under the GDPR or other local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years or under the applicable age limit (the "Age Limit"). If you are under the Age Limit, please do not use the Asia Music Service, and do not provide any personal data to us.
If you are a parent of a child under the Age Limit and become aware that your child has provided personal data to Asia Music, please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form on the Privacy Center, and you may request exercise of your applicable rights detailed in Section 3 'Your rights and your preferences: Giving you choice and control' of this Policy.
If we learn that we have collected the personal data of a child under the age of 13 years, we will take reasonable steps to delete the personal data. This may require us to delete the Asia Music account for that child.
